Bike Blessing - Saturday May 10, 2008 at 9.00 am

This is a great event and boasts the most amazing breakfast that has been going on for a few years. It lets us see folks that we don’t see all year. Plus, getting your bike blessed is really important!

Silverado Poker Run – Sunday June 8, 2008
This year's course has been designed by Harry Freedman (#360) Bike Course Designer Extraordinaire. If you missed last years Poker run you really missed a great ride. Despite threats of bad weather 35 bikes came out and enjoyed a pancake breakfast, 3 hours of riding around Lake Simcoe, and a BBQ dinner. This years ride will be even better. Lots of prizes and food as well as good friends. Special this year the top fund raiser will win a 32" LCED TV. If you don't ride you can help by donating a prize for the raffle table and/or volunteering at one of our stops.
Cost: Rider $35.00 Passenger $10.00 Where: Royal Canadian Legion Hall 12278 Ninth Line, Stouffville, ON - 404, North to Stouffville Rd. Stouffville Rd. becomes Main St.
Continue East to 9th Line. Turn North. Registration including breakfast: 8:00 - 9:30 am.
Our departure time will be: 10:00 am - Finish: 4:00 pm The ride will cover approximately 200 km with 3 scheduled stops along the way and will finish back at the Legion Hall where a BBQ dinner will be served.

Ride for Sight – June 20 – 22, 2008

Smoke on the Water- July 7, 2008
It's back!! Monday July 7, 2008 will see the return of the boat cruise. The format has changed. I am partnering with Perdomo cigars for a cigar cruise. Tickets will be $100.00 per person and will include dinner and 3 cigars. Proceeds will go to the Yonge Street Mission Scholarship Fund. Attendance will be limited to 175 people. Silverado Scramble - Corning NY –July 18 -20, 2008
We will kick off the event with a BBQ at Evergreen on Friday night, and then on Saturday, we ride!! (Route TBD)
We are going to be staying at the Radisson Hotel, 125 Denison Parkway East, Corning New York. With a prime location in the heart of Corning's downtown Gaffer District, it will be an awesome trip. We have blocked 25 rooms for Saturday, July 19th at the rate of $169 + tax per night. Reserve your spot by June 29, 2008 or you may not get a room!
